Black Friday Janitor Patch v1.0.4

Patch Overview: The v1.0.4 “Even Color Update” is a welcome quality-of-life patch for shelf organizers, refines Gather so it respects store borders more cleanly, and fixes notable visual floor and lighting glitches in the cinema.

What Changed in v1.0.4?

The developer released the Even Color Update - Patch v1.0.4 on September 14, 2026. Its headline feature balances store-item color variants so that shelves look neat, organized, and uniform. For instance, a 12-item group that previously rolled five red, four green, and three blue items is now evenly split into four of each color.

Important Note for Existing Saves: This color distribution algorithm applies only to newly created runs. Existing save files continue using the item colors originally rolled when the run was created.

Key Fixes & Improvements

• Smarter Gather Targeting: Gather is now much less likely to inadvertently yank items from a neighboring shop when that item type is shared across stores.
• Lighting Adjustments: Storage boxes that rendered overly dark have been brightened to normal visibility.
• Collision & Floor Fixes: Patched an annoying collision hole in the ABC Cinema floor that could swallow loose items.
