Third-Party Services

• Google Analytics 4, when enabled, measures page views, traffic sources, device and browser information, approximate location, and interactions using cookies and online identifiers. Its script loads only after you accept on our production website. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization in this integration.
• Microsoft Clarity, when enabled, provides session replays and heatmaps of page interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and navigation to help us understand usability problems. It processes page content, device and browser information, and cookie identifiers. Its script loads only after you accept on our production website; we grant analytics storage and deny advertising storage. Data processing is also described in Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics, when enabled, is cookieless and collects aggregate page-view data separately from Google Analytics and Clarity.
• Cloudflare — our hosting provider, which may process basic request data for security and performance (and serve Web Analytics when enabled, see above).
• Comments (giscus, opt-in) — when the comment section is enabled, giscus.app loads an embedded GitHub view; viewing it exposes your IP address and browser info to that service, and signing in to comment is handled by GitHub under its own privacy policy.
• Embedded videos (YouTube) — pages with videos load thumbnail images from i.ytimg.com and, after you press play, the YouTube player from youtube-nocookie.com. Until you interact, no YouTube cookies are set.

Cookies

Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_* cookies; Clarity may set _clck and _clsk cookies. We store your consent choice and its version in your browser so that we can remember it. No Google Analytics or Clarity script is loaded before you accept or on subsequent visits after you reject. Browser settings can also restrict cookies.

Change or Withdraw Consent

Open Privacy settings in the footer to review your choice, accept, or select Reject / withdraw. Withdrawing sends a denied consent update to loaded analytics services, clears analytics cookies accessible to this website, and refreshes the page to unload the scripts. You can continue reading without consenting and can accept again later. Withdrawal does not erase data already received by these providers. We cannot delete third-party-domain or HttpOnly cookies from this page; use your browser's site-data controls to remove those. If browser storage is unavailable, a refusal marker in the refreshed URL prevents analytics from restarting on that page.

Children's Privacy

Black Friday Janitor Guide is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
